Real Madrid were seen heading to the game after playing a 1-1 draw with Valladolid at the Santiago Bernabeu last weekend.

Real Madrid may likely be without playmaker, Isco, when they tackle Villarreal in the LaLiga fixture on Sunday at El Madridgal Stadium.

The Spain international sustained a muscular injury in his right femoral biceps ahead of the encounter.

“After the tests carried out today by the Real Madrid Medical Services, our player Isco has been diagnosed with a muscular injury in the right femoral biceps.

“His recovery will continue to be monitored,” a club statement on Wednesday read.
