UEFA Issue Update Surrounding Suspension Of Russian Teams
According to reports, UEFA has issued update surrounding suspension of Russian teams.
UEFA has confirmed that Russia will not be able to participate in the Women’s European Championships this summer.
There has also been an update stating that Russian clubs will not be participating in any European competition in the 2022/23 season.

In a statement released UEFA revealed that Portugal, the team Russia beat in the playoffs, will take their place in Group C of Euro 2022 kicking off in England in July.
All Russian national and club representatives were suspended from UEFA competitions by the UEFA Executive Committee in February following the conflict between the country and Ukraine.
