Kingtblakhoc, a Nigerian porn star, has caused a stare on Instagram after he shared his before and after photos on the social media platform.

The porn star who seems to have parted ways with his girlfriend, Maami Igbabo who recently launched a solo porn career was spotted looking quite lean in his “after” photos.

Followers who reacted to the photos shared said that the porn star who doesn’t use condoms in his porn videos has contracted some kind of disease.
