Property development firm, Megamound, has announced that it is redesigning its estate, County Apartments.
According to a statement from the company on Sunday, the estate, located within the serene environment of its Lekky County Homes, will now increase to five floors, a floor taller than its initial planned four floors.
The statement read in part, “This new development is inspired by a huge wave of interest we have received from prospects and investors, which has propelled the idea for us to include an elevator feature for your convenience and pleasure.
“It might also interest you to know that just few months gone, County Apartments has risen to the first step of its solid foundation level having all 16 building blocks ready to be raised.”
It added “Still available are our one, two and three-bedroom smart home apartments, consisting of modern facilities including Closed-circuit television, fibre optics and intercommunications systems.
“However, with spiked interest from daily prospectors and its affordable price tag, our luxury apartments will soon be sold out. You can own one of the apartments today with only 30 per cent down payment.”
