The man has been accused of raping his stepdaughter

Information brought to Brainnewsradio has it that a man was accused of raping his 12 year old daughter, but the 49 year old father denies the accusation saying his Penis is far too big to have carried out the crime.
According to Mirror.co.uk, the New Zimbabwe newspaper reported that the man reportedly asked his stepdaughter to accompany him to a nearby mountain to look for wood to be made in to fencing poles.
But the court was told he then allegedly ordered her to remove her clothes before raping her once.’ ‘
The man in defense to himself pleaded the female court magistrate Dambudzo Malunga to come and look at his genitals that the abnormal size was key evidence that could exonerate him from the rape charges. But the magistrate refused and remanded him in custody to November 12 for continuation of trial.
Mirror.co.uk writes: “Unimpressed, magistrate Malunga refused his inspection invitation and remanded him in custody to 12 November for continuation of trial. “Earlier, the prosecutor Edwin Mbavarira has told the court the alleged attack occurred sometime in April this year at the family’s Gonyora village homestead in Bikita. “The paper said there are allegations the abuse continued until May when the girl apparently told her mother what was going on.
“The matter was reported to the police leading to his arrest, the paper said. The court was told the girl was medically examined at a local hospital and that report will form some of the evidence in court, the paper said.”
