Lockdown: Zodwa Wabantu Criticised For Visiting Her Friend
South African dancer, Zodwa Wabantu has been criticised for visiting a friend during the lockdown.
Zodwa Wabantu was forced to defend herself after she was criticised for not observing lockdown rules recently.
The voluptuous star posted a picture of herself visiting a friend after completing a work project.
Fans quickly pointed out that that’s not allowed according to lockdown rules.
Zodwa responded by making sure everybody knew she was out for work.
“We have papers, we are working. This is the entertainment industry and we need to work by being with each other. I know the rules and regulations but we are no longer at level five and scared. It was purely work,” she said.
Zodwa also said they only took their masks off to take the picture.
“We have masks, we have our temperature checked constantly. We are careful. We were just taking a picture.”
Zodwa has been hard at work developing her own range of lipsticks and petroleum jelly.
We’re glad the star is getting that paper and trying to keep her mind of her recent heartbreak.
Earlier this week, Briefly.co.za reported that Zodwa and her bae, Vusi, broke up.
Zodwa has, however, has made it public knowledge that she’s not yet ready to move on and is determined to get the much younger Vusi back.
