Gunmen Kidnap APC House Of Reps Aspirant In Jos

According to reports, gunmen has kidnapped APC House of Reps aspirant in Jos.

An aspirant for the House of Assembly for Qua’an Pan South State Constituency of Plateau State, under the platform of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in the 2023 general elections, Hon. Na’anyil Magdalene Dakogol, has been kidnapped.

She was kidnapped on the day of the party’s primaries.

Na’anyil, who is the only female aspirant of the APC, was reportedly kidnapped in the early hours of Thursday, while on her way to meet with delegates of the party ahead of the State Assembly primaries, scheduled to hold in Kwalla town of Qua’an Pan LGA of Plateau State.

“The Honourable was to see a delegate on Wednesday, but the meeting was slated to hold by 5:30 am on Thursday.

“She left alongside her brother to Goeragas and they could not locate the venue. Her brother came down from the car and went into the community to inquire about the house.

“He left her inside the car, but surprisingly he returned to meet the car empty. Her phones were all inside the car, but he could not see her”, a source narrated.

When contacted, the leadership of the party in the state, said they were also shocked when they heard the news of her kidnap.

The young politician is one among the four aspirants contesting to be a Member of the 10th Assembly in the Plateau State House of Assembly come 2023 general elections.
