Title: Head, Sales Operations and Strategy
- S/he will manage support functions essential to sales force productivity. These include planning, pricing, reporting, target setting and management, competitor analysis, sales process optimization, sales job design, sales training, sales program implementation, sales compensation design and administration, and recruiting and selection of sales force talent.
- The Head of Sales Operations & Strategy is responsible for the overall productivity and effectiveness of the assigned sales organization.
- The Head of Sales Operations & Strategy also works closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the appropriate objectives and priorities are enabled within the sales organization supported.
- 6 – 8 years sales management experience in a business-to-business & consumer sales environment.
- Must have knowledge of financial products, business environment, financial analysis and credit risk analysis.
- MBA or Master’s Degree in Marketing, Finance/Business fields
