Relief came to some residents of Nasarawa State when a pharmaceutical company, Dexa Medica, makers of Boska, conducted a pain-free initiative at the Brigade market in the state.
The company provided the opportunity for attendees to see health experts who offered medical services for the residents for free.
They provided free eyeglasses for those in need as well as prescribed drugs to treat eye, ear and nose defects.
The company further educated the residents on how to live a stress-free life while at their various places of work.
The Brand Executive Director of Dexa Medica, Joseph Christopher, who noted that 70 per cent of the residents often got flu during the rainy season, said the initiative was put in place to keep residents fit during the season.
He said, “I am confident that Dexa Medica will continue to improve the delivery of quality health care to residents in the months ahead.”
