Factory Reset Protection or FRP for short is the added protection to device which ask you to enter the previous google account that was logged in the device before factory reset from recovery menu. Well if you are reading this post I guess you are already familiar with what this is all about so lets go straight to the point.

When you remove frp on Infinix X559 using Miracle box or GSM Alladin, the phone does not boot up properly again. It shows XOS logo with some error and the log message “Support API: 3” and the left bottom of the display.

To solve this, you can..
1. Download the full firmware and flash the device or
2. just download the little fix the file below and flash using Miracle Box or GSM Alladin.

Extract the file downloaded above
Launch Miracle Box or GSM Alladin
Under MTK tab select Write
Click the browse button at the bottom then navigate and select the scatter file found inside the extracted folder.
Click Start Button and connect phone to PC.
Wait for flash process to complete.

How To Solve The Support API - 3 Error On Infinix X559 & 559C

After flashing the device with the fix file above, Power on the phone and it will boot into recovery mode.
Now scroll down and select Wipe data/factory reset.
When reset is done, reboot device.

Phone should now boot up normal.
