Nigerian actress, Tonto Dikeh has made some revelations after undergoing surgery to get the perfect body.

Tonto Dikeh has taken to her Instagram page to share a throwback photo showing her body before she had plastic surgery and a recent one taken after surgery to show her transformation.

The actress thanked God for the decision as it has brought her confidence back.
