21 Savage Unveils New Album, “I Am > I Was”

21 Savage has finally come through following high anticipation for his sophomore album (“I Am > I Was”), which was initially scheduled to drop on the 7th of December but wasn’t due to some complications.

21 reportedly held a private listening party at Motel 21 where he had been inviting people to explore the themes of the record.

The event took place in Atlanta and 21 Savage is invited people to experience the city he’s talking about in his raps. “Come to my side of town to hear where the music come from,” the rapper wrote.

Even with the title of the project, one can already tell that he’s going to go deep into his history with the subject matter. Over the course of his career, much has happened in 21’s life and there are already rumblings that he might be speaking on his relationship with Amber Rose in his lyrics.
